The president of Obosa Voluntary Association (OVA), and first female pastor ever permitted by the Catholic Church to preach the gospel, Bishop Patience Uwa, has lauded the leadership style of the national leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu, describing it as unusual.
Speaking with top journalists in Lagos, Uwa said, Mr Tinubu, a former governor of Lagos State, is an institution on his own and he is worth celebrating.
She described him as one who is intellectually vigilant, inquisitive and always examining the utility of strategy and tactics.
"Tinibu has remained faithful to an achievable and well-articulated vision. He has successfully developed practical strategies and tactics to progress toward that vision.“There is no Nigerian leader who has been so instrumental in raising other leaders like Asiwaju Tinubu. What is responsible for this phenomenon is Asiwaju’s leading style which is absolutely unusual.” Uwa said.
She added that Mr Tinubu constantly refines his thoughts and is never afraid of having his subordinates scrutinise his ideas.
Uwa further said that Nigeria needs a group of men and women of all faiths, tribes and ethnicity, who are committed to running a country on high values.
