Eminent heroes maker, Amb Nsikak Brendan, CEO Brendance and Crusader Ltd, and producer of Mr.& Miss Nigeria International, the first and only mixed pageant in the country, is the first Black African to be appointed as the Choreographer/Groomer for Ms International World and Ms Latina USA.

Nsikak's esteemed annual pageant is known for showcasing positive attributes of Nigerian Men and women.
The winners portrays exemplary qualities and serves as a role model for young women in the country. One of the most remarkable aspect of the pageant is it new trend trailing over other pageants with a prime attention to promote African heritage above Western values and ideas.
The role of Nsikak's Mr and Miss Nigeria International beauty pageant cannot be quantified as several beauty Kings and Queens have gone ahead to hit headlines in politics entertainment etc His pageant is niched in a way that it promotes societal connections From winning mouth-watering cash prizes to becoming instant car owners, getting sponsored by several prestigious organisations, landing endorsement deals, representing Nigeria at international pageants, working with associated charities and using their status to promote their platforms (also known as ‘pet projects’), the Queens are in fact fruitfully engaged throughout their reign.
Mr. & Miss Nigeria International beauty pageant has availed innumerable youths the chance to represent Nigeria at international events among other fantastic prizes. It has become a way of encouraging self-discipline, confidence and charitable works. Nsikak's pageant has made today's youth to find new opportunities locally and internationally.
The likes of Big Brother Naija 2021 finalist, Queen Mercy Atang, a 26yrs old philanthropist and aspiring politician who hails from Akwa Ibom state, was the winner of Nsikak's Miss Nigeria International pageant 2015.
Speaking with top journalists about Mr and Miss Nigeria 10th anniversary, Nsikak said "For a child to be 10yrs old, it means he is set to be in secondary school".
Whe asked to speak on the challenges he postulate thus. "I don't basically have challenges apart from getting sponsors.
"The pageantry is not regulated as every Tom dick and Harry dabble into it, so it doesn't encourage people to invest in it because they don't see it as a serious business.
"However, I am happy that I have made people, I have raised millionaires, I have raised superstars, celebrity, scholars, great entrepreneurs, great ambassadors of many brands, one of my Queens is an ambassador of fair and white cream, another one was 3 times Glo ambassador, one of my kings is currently an ambassador of Airtel, I have not even mentioned those at that are ambassadors of top brands abroad. King Matthew, Victoria Gaga, big brother finalist Queen Mercy Atang".
According to him most of his past Queens support or bring sponsors to invest on the incoming winners as he believes in capacity building.
"I believe more in capacity building than financial building. It's not all about the price you won, what you are giving back to the society matters a lot. Whoever wins must give back to the people who voted them in. That is why the Queens have their pet projects. People who voted for them benefit one way or the other through their foundation. Anybody in entertainment who thinks only about immediate personal gains has no calling. What you give out matters most to me".
Advising people aspiring to venture into pageantry Nsikak said "Pageant is a career now, pageant is an investment. You may be beautiful, you may be handsome but If you don't have enterprising skills you are useless to any brand. If you cannot convince one person to vote for you. How can you convince one person to carry out your pet projects. If you don't have any business in developing human capacity please step out of pageantry don't come and spoil the business. If you have the capacity, set up your concept don't copy".
